    SIZZLER CHEESE TOAST

    I don't have a written recipe, but this is the way I was taught to make it.

    Butter thick slices of french bread, one side only. Heat your griddle until quite hot. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on griddle, top with prepared bread.
    Toast until cheese has melted to bread, and bread is heated through. Very simple and oh, so good. I've been know to sprinkle garlic powder on the buttered bread before putting it on the cheese.
