2 cups cooked rice, minute or regular
8-oz. jar Cheez Whiz
20-oz. pkg (or 2, 10-oz. pkgs.) frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 to 1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
Recipe
Saute onion in margarine. Add broccoli, soup, and Cheez Whiz. Stir and cook until bubbly. Add rice. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
