CHEESY ( TATER) CASSEROLE
List of Ingredients
boil some potatoes, cut in chunks like potato salad (however many you like)until tender but still a bit firm.
drain, add some chopped onion (again as much as you like)
add some velveta (ditto)
some miracle whip (to make it a bit creamy)
some cooked chopped bacon bits
some green olives (optional)
bit of salt and pepper to taste
Nuke it until melted and mix it up well then pop it in the oven at about 350° until its slightly browned on top.
This is really good, my Sister makes this for all holiday meals and its always an empty dish to take home. (by the way this is how my sister told me to make it and I just started dumping in things like she said and it turned out great)
