    ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients




    1 ½ pounds ground beef
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 can cream chicken soup
    6 oz picante
    2 cups shredded cheese
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 pkg. tortillas


    Recipe



    Brown meat and add soups and picante sauce. In a bowl mix cheese and onions, set aside. Tear tortillas into quarters and make a layer covering a 9x13 baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Next layer meat mixture, then cheese mixture, repeat starting with tortillas, meat and end with cheese.
    Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
    This sounds weird, but I PROMISE it is great, and I never bring any home.
