    BANANA PUDDING CAKE

    List of Ingredients




    1-2 ripe bananas
    1 pkg.(4oz)banana instant pudding mix
    1/4 cup cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 cup water
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/2 cup chopped nuts



    Recipe



    Slice bananas in a large bowl. Beat until mashed. Add remaining ingredients and blend well on medium speed. Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350 ° for 60-70 minutes.
    You can also bake this in a 13 by 9 inch cake pan. Pour into pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
