    FILLING:
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbls. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream

    Recipe



    Cream the sugar and cream cheese together in mixing bowl, add eggs one at a time and beat slow after each egg is added. Add vanilla and sour cream and beat well, about 3 min.
    Pour into crust and bake at 350° for 35 min. Then turn the oven off and leave in for 1 hour.
    CRUST:
    2 1/2c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbls. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
