IN LARGE MIXING BOWL,BEAT CHEESE UNTIL FLUFFY.GRADUALLY MIX IN MILK UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN LEMON JUICE AND VANILLA. POUR INTO PIE CRUST. CHILL FOR 3 HOURS OR UNTIL SET. TOP WITH CHERRY PIE FILLING BEFORE SERVING. REFRIGATE.
