    CREAMY ORANGESICLE PIE

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 package refrigerated pie crust
    2 packages (3.4 oz each) vanilla instant pudding
    1 orange
    1 quart orange sherbet, divided
    1 container (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping
    1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened



    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425°. Place pie crust in deep dish pie
    plate, press dough into bottom and up sides; prick bottom.
    Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.Cool completely.

    Zest orange to measure 1 teaspoon zest. measure 1 1/2 cups sherbet. whisk sherbet and cream cheese together. whisk in pudding and half of the whipped topping. and orange zest to mixture until well blended. Spread filling into cooled pie crust.

    Decorate top with remaining whipped topping.

    Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Serve remaining sherbet with pie.
