    LARGE BATCH BROWNIES

    List of Ingredients




    2 sticks of butter
    2 cups of sugar
    4 squares melted unsweetened baking chocolate
    4 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 c flour


    Recipe



    Beat butter and sugar well. Add salt and eggs and beat. Add melted chocolate and blend well. Lastly add flour and beat just until blended.

    Pour into greased 9x11 pan and bake in preheated 350° oven for approximately 25-35 minutes - the top will begin to look "set" and brownies will just be starting to pull away from the sides of the pan and toothpick inserted will come out practically clean. If you like a less fudgy brownie, bake a bit longer but I think they're perfect as the recipe was written.

    Do not attempt to cut until cooled and wipe knife between each cut.
