    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 stick butter, melted
    4 tablespoons cocoa powder


    Recipe



    Cream eggs and sugar together until light.
    Sift in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add melted butter and vanilla.
    Add cocoa and mix well.
    Spread into a 9x9 baking pan
    Bake at 350 ° for 1 hour.
    Reduce baking time if using a glass baking dish. Don't let brownies overcook!

    I always start checking my brownies when they are about 75% into their baking time. They should start pulling away from the sides of the pan, but still be slightly moist in the center.
