    POSSUM PIE (no opossum!)

    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 stick melted margarine
    1/2 c flour
    Mix ingredients. together and spread in 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then chill.

    2nd Layer:
    1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c powdered sugar
    1 c cool whip
    Beat ingredients. together. Spread on crust.

    3rd Layer:
    2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
    3 1/2 c milk
    1 ts. vanilla
    Beat together and pour over 2nd layer.

    4th Layer:
    Top with cool whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
    Chill before serving.
