    STREUSEL CREAM CHEESE CAKE

    List of Ingredients




    1 c Butter or margarine
    1 c Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1/2 ts Salt
    2 c Flour
    2 ts Baking powder
    ***cheese mixture***
    2 pk Cream cheese; softened, 8 oz (2) 8 oz's
    1 Egg
    1/2 c Sugar
    1 ts Vanilla
    ***topping***
    1/4 c Sugar
    1/4 c Flour
    2 tb Margarine (I used butter)


    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°. For batter, cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients. Stir to combine. Spread 2/3 of batter into flat bottom of springform pan. Blend cheese filling ingredients. Spread evenly over batter. Spread remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake for 45 minutes
