Beef Lo Mein
List of Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 TBSP. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp.garlic powder
1/2 tsp.ground ginger
1 lb.sirlion steak,cut in strips
2 tbsp.vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups small broccoli flowerets[fresh or frozen]
1 lg.onion[cut into wedges]
1/2 small red bell pepper,cut into thin strips
1/2 small yellow pepper,cut into thin strips
8 oz.fresh mushrooms ,sliced
1 cup cold water
2 tbsp.cornstarch
1 teas.beef boullion
1/2 lb.spaghetti or linguine,cooked

In a medium bowl,combine first 5 ingredients.Add beef,cover and marinate 1-24 hours]thats what it says]in refergerater.In a wok or deep skillet,heat 2 tbsp.oil.Add beef mixture and brocolli.Stir fry for 2 minutes.Add onions,peppers,and mushrooms.Stir fry until tender.In a small bowl blend water,cornstarch,and bouillon.Stir into beef and cook until thickened.Add spaghetti: toss thoroughly until mixed.Serve immediately.Serves 4-6
