    TERIYAKI OVEN CHICKEN

    List of Ingredients




    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 tablespoon cold water
    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup cider vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 tsp grand. ginger
    1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
    14 chicken legs or equivalent amount of chicken



    Recipe



    In small saucepan combine and cook over med. heat til mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Skin and remove fat from 2 fryers or parts. Brush with glaze. Turn over in greased, shallow pan. Bake 425° 30 min. Brush with glaze every 10 min. Turn right side up again and bake 30 min. brushing occasionally with glaze.
