AMISH CHEDDAR POTATO BAKE
List of Ingredients
6 med. potatoes, peeled & diced
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C butter
1 1/2 C warm milk or sour cream (I use a mixture of both)
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. onion salt
fresh ground pepper, to taste
Topping:
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Parmesan cheese
paprika
Recipe
Cook, drain & mash potatoes. Heat milk/sour cream & cheese, fold into potatoes along with chives. Pour into a greased casserole & drizzle with butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese & paprika. Bake at 350 ° for 30 minutes.
