POTATOES
List of Ingredients
1 (24-oz.) bag frozen shredded potatoes
1 (6-oz.) pkg. provolone slices, shredded
4 tbls. dried onion flakes
2 tsps. dried, minced garlic
2 tbls. grated Romano cheese
1 1/2 tsps. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup half-and-half
Recipe
Combine potatoes with cheeses, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Butter or coat with vegetable spray a 2 1/2- to 3-quart casserole.
Put potato mixture in casserole and dot with butter or margarine.
Preheat oven to 375°. When ready to bake, pour half-and-half over potatoes and bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.
