SCALLOPED CARROTS
List of Ingredients
12 carrots or 2 cans cooked carrots
1 med. onion- chopped
1/4 cp. flour
1 cp. milk
1/4 cp margarine
1tsp. salt
1/2 teas. dry mustard
1/8 teas. black pepper
1/4 teas. celery salt
1/2 lb. velveeta cheese
bread Crumbs
Recipe
Drain cooked carrots and line casserole dish, Saute' chopped onion till tender, add flour, Mix till smooth, add milk and mix till smooth and creamy, add rest of dry ingredients, and last add cheese, cook on low heat till smooth and creamy.Pour over the carrots and top with Bread crumbs.Bake in hot oven till hot and bubbly...Great side dish with all meats!!!
