    Sinfully Rich Sweet Potatoes

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 cup sugar

    Mix and put into greased casserole. Prepare topping.

    Topping:
    1 cup coconut
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup pecans, chopped
    1/3 cup butter



    Recipe



    Mix topping and spread over mixture. Bake at 375° until browned.
