    Butterscotch Finger Bars -- Serves 18

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz. Chocolate Chips
    • 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
    • 1 Cup Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
    • 1 Cup Milk
    • 1/4 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
    • 1 Pkg Butterscotch instant pudding
    • 8 oz Cool Whip
    • 3/4 Cup Chopped Peanut Brittle
    • 3 Tbsp Butter


    Instructions


    1. Line a 9" square pan with foil.

    2. Chop 4 squares of chocolate and set aside.

    3. Mix melted butter and cookie crumbs and press into foil lined pan.

    4. Blend milk and peanut butter in a medium bowl.

    5. Add pudding.

    6. Beat with s whisk for 1-2 minutes.

    7. Let stand 5 minutes.

    8. Fold in Cool Whip, chopped chocolate and peanut brittle.

    9. Spread over cookie crumbs.

    10. Freeze for 4 hours.

    11. Melt remaining chocolate with 3 Tbsp butter.

    12. Spread over pudding mix. Chocolate will melt immediately.

    13. Lift dessert from pan using the foil and cut into 18 bars.
