List of Ingredients
- 12 oz Chocolate Chips
- 12 oz Butterscotch Chips
- 1 Sq Unsweetened Chocolate
- 2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Maple Flavoring
- 2 lb Powdered Sugar
- 1 lb Spanish Peanuts
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1/4 Cup Dry Vanilla Pudding (Not Instant)
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, unsweetened chocolate, and peanut butter together in microwave for 3 minutes stirring halfway through.
- Put half of mixture in a 12x16 pan; place pan in freezer to set, leave remainder in bowl.
- Place last 3 ingredients in a bowl and microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes, stir, then cook for another 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes.
- Add maple flavoring.
- Stir in powdered sugar.
- Spread over chocolate in pan; put in freezer to set.
- Add Spanish peanuts to remaining chocolate in bowl.
- Spread over filling in pan; put in freezer to ste.
- To cut, let stand at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
