    Nut Goodie Bars -- Serves 36

    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz Chocolate Chips
    • 12 oz Butterscotch Chips
    • 1 Sq Unsweetened Chocolate
    • 2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
    • 1 tsp Maple Flavoring
    • 2 lb Powdered Sugar
    • 1 lb Spanish Peanuts
    • 1 Cup Butter
    • 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
    • 1/4 Cup Dry Vanilla Pudding (Not Instant)


    Instructions


    1. Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, unsweetened chocolate, and peanut butter together in microwave for 3 minutes stirring halfway through.

    2. Put half of mixture in a 12x16 pan; place pan in freezer to set, leave remainder in bowl.

    3. Place last 3 ingredients in a bowl and microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes, stir, then cook for another 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes.

    4. Add maple flavoring.

    5. Stir in powdered sugar.

    6. Spread over chocolate in pan; put in freezer to set.

    7. Add Spanish peanuts to remaining chocolate in bowl.

    8. Spread over filling in pan; put in freezer to ste.

    9. To cut, let stand at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
