Chewy Fudge Cake Cookies -- Serves 36

• 6 Tbsp Cocoa
  
• 6 Tbsp butter
  
• 1 Cup Sugar
  
• 2 Eggs
  
• 1 tsp Vanilla
  
• 1 Cup Flour
  
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
  
• 1/4 tsp Salt
  






Instructions



1. Mix cocoa and butter.
   
   
2. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
   
   
3. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; add to mixture.
   
   
4. Chill dough for an hour.
   
   
5. After the hour is up, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
   
   
6. Dampen hands and form dough into little balls.
   
   
7. Roll balls in powdered sugar.
   
   
8. Bake for 10 minutes.
