    14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
    4.5 oz can diced green chilies with liquid
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1 garlic clove, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    Sprinkle of paprika

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheeses, green chilies, sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Transfer to the casserole and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly. Serving suggestion: Serve in a hollowed out bread round. Sprinkle top of dip with paprika and serve with bread cubes, tortilla chips, crackers, and assorted vegetables.
