    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
    2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 cup milk
    1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
    1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
    Salt & pepper

    DIRECTIONS:

    SPRAY saucepan with vegetable cooking spray. Add onion and cook until tender.

    ADD spinach and flour. Slowly stir in milk and cook until mixture boils and thickens. Add picante sauce and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables for dipping. Makes 4 cups.
