    IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE

    Recipe Introduction

    This is one of my favorites. Delicious when still a little warm.

    List of Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar

    Recipe

    Put all ingredients into blender. Blend on low for 30 seconds. Pour into ungreased 10 inch pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. The pie will make its own crust as it bakes
