Frosting for German Chocolate Cake
List of Ingredients
1 can evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups sugar
3/4 cup of butter
3 eggs beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
7 oz. coconut
2 cups chopped pecans
Recipe
Stir milk, sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla in large sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat. Add coconut and pecans. Cool. remove cooked cake from pan and place on serving dish. Spread 1/2 coconut pecan frosting on top. Put other cooled cake on top. Spread remaining frosting on top. Frost sides with chocolate frosting.
