MEATBALL AND POTATO CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 bunch green onions
garlic/herb seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg
2 tb evaporated milk
1 package cheese scalloped potatoes
1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
seasoned salt and pepper
Recipe
Mix first 7 ingredients together well and form into meatballs around 1 inch in diameter. Place potatoes in the slow cooker, then meatballs. Mix potato seasoning packet with soup and water, salt, and pepper; pour over meatballs and potato slices. Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2 to 7 hours. Add thawed frozen vegetables for the last hour, if desired.
