    List of Ingredients




    2 c macaroni
    1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese
    1 med onion, chopped
    1 c cooked ham, cubed
    1 tblsp parsley
    1 tsp garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    2-3 tblsp flour
    1/2 c milk
    Directions:

    Recipe




    Cook macaroni; set aside.

    In large sauce pot, combine remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until cheese is completely melted and mixture is smooth.

    Combine macaroni and cheese sauce in casserole; cook covered 20 mins. Uncover and cook additional 15-20 mins or until top is brown and bubbly.

    Serves 4-6.
