Mock Pecan (but really BEAN) Pie

List of Ingredients

1 heaping cup of mashed pinto beans
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
Unbaked pie shell



Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream sugars, eggs and butter. Add beans and mix well. Pour into 9 inch unbaked shell. Bake in preheated oven until inserted knife comes out clean, about 40-45 minutes.
