This is an awesome recipe from "Fast Frank"



List of Ingredients




8 chicken breasts, boned
salt & pepper to taste
1 (16 oz) can sauerkraut
8 slices Swiss cheese
thousand island dressing

Recipe



Preheat oven to 325F. degrees. Put the breasts in a greased or sprayed baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Top with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake
