Chinese Beef and Rice

List of Ingredients
2 bell peppers, cut up
3 cups boiling water
2 bouillon cubes
4 stalks celery, cut up
3 cups cooked beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/3 cup uncooked rice
Recipe
Stir in onion, celery, green pepper, and beef.
Cover and simmer another 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.In
skillet, brown the rice in the oil. Add salt, water, soy sauce, bouillon
cubes. Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes.
