    1 Reynolds® Pot Lux™ Cookware, 8"x8" pan
    Salad
    1 pint strawberries, sliced
    1 pint blueberries
    4 peeled peaches or nectarines, sliced
    ½ honeydew melon, cut in chunks
    Strawberry Dressing
    ¹/³ cup light cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 carton (8 oz.) lowfat strawberry yogurt
    1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

    Directions

    COMBINE fruit in Pot Lux™ pan. Cover and refrigerate.

    STIR cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Add yogurt, lemon peel and juice; mix until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.

    SERVE with dressing on the side or drizzle over fruit, stirring to coat.
