1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese - lowfat okay
2 Tbls. water
2 Tbls. olive oil
1 1/2 Tbls. lemon juice
1 Tbls. anchovy paste
2 cloves garlic - pressed
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried parsley - crushed
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer
for about 1-2 minutes. Cover and chill for several hours.
