Grilled Beef Fajitas

1/4 C. wine vinegar
1/4 C. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
1-1/2 lb. Top sirloin steak, trimmed of all visible fat
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
12 flour tortillas
3/4 C. fat-free sour cream
3/4 C. salsa
3/4 C. low-fat cheddar cheese
Recipe
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine wine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, basil, salt, pepper and ginger. Slice steak against the grain into 1/4-inch strips. Place in marinade. Cover and refrigerate 4-8 hours. Grill steak and vegetables over medium hot coals, brushing frequently with marinade until steak is cooled throughout and vegetables are tender-crisp, turning once. Finish basting at least 3-5 minutes before grilling is complete. Place tortillas in an unsealed plastic bag. Microwave 1-2 minutes or until soft. Fill each tortilla with approximately 1-1/2 oz. of meat, 1-2 slices red and green pepper, 1-2 slices onion and 1 tablespoon each of sour cream, salsa and cheese. Roll up and serve.
