    List of Ingredients




    6 baked apples, skin partly removed
    pie crust or crust for meat pies
    lemon or nutmeg sauce
    sugar
    cinnamon

    Recipe



    Roll the pie crust 1/8 inch thick; if using crust for meat pies, 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 8 inch squares, put an apple on each, fold the crust, dust with sugar and cinnamon, place in a pan oiled with cooking spray and bake 30 minutes. Serve hot with sauce.
