    3 cups flour
    2 eggs
    1 cup beer
    4 tbsp. butter, melted
    Salt to taste
    3 large onions, sliced into rings
    2 quarts oil for frying

    Recipe



    Clean and slice onions. Dip in batter and deep fry in hot oil.
