You can cook these as soon as they are made and freeze them for later.
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Chinese cabbage (celery cabbage)
1 small pkgs. fresh bean sprouts
1 cup chopped fresh pork
2 cups peeled, deveined and chopped fresh shrimp
1 bunch green onions
2 tbsp. fresh ginger
soy sauce to taste
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. olive oil

Cut cabbage into fine strips(don't use inner core). Heat olive oil in frying pan and add cabbage. when it starts to soften add the sprouts and cook until soft. In another frying pan, saute' diced pork; set aside. In the same pan, saute' shrimp. Mix shrimp and pork together. Add the micture to the cabbage mixture and saute' together, adding the green onions. (you don't want the green onions completely cooked) Add ginger, soy sauce and pepper to mix. Mix 1/4 cup water and cornstarch together and heat until thickened. Set aside to cool. Mix everything together. Fill egg rolls when fillng is cool.
