1 1/2 lbs orange roughy fillets
2 egg whites
3/4 cup mayo
1 tsp. curry powder

Place fillets in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish; set aside. Beat egg whites at high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in mayo and curry powder; spread mixture evenly over fillets. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
