Grilled Pork Tenderloin and Pineapple

List of Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 fresh medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut crosswise into 8 slicesRecipe
Trim fat from pork; place pork in a self-sealing plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, combine soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, dry mustard and garlic powder. Pour marinade over pork in bag. Seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours, turning bag occasionally. Drain, reserving marinade. In a grill with cover, arrange medium-hot coals around a drip pan. Cover and grill for 30 to 45 minutes or until meat is slightly pink in center and juices run clear. Brush occasionally with marinade for the first 20 minutes. Add pineapple slices to grill for the last 5 minutes; turn slices once.
