    Haven't tried this one yet, but the picture in the cookbook will make your mouth water!

    List of Ingredients




    2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. instant beef bullion granules
    4 8 oz. beef top loin steaks, cut 1 inch thick

    Recipe



    Combine horseradish, lemon juice, garlic, sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper and beef bullion granules. Trim fat from meat. Rub mixture on both sides of steaks. Cover; chill for 1 hour. Grill on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals to desired doneness, turning once.
