    1 12.7 oz. pkg. focaccia bread mix
    1 1/4 cup warm water
    3 tbsp. olive oil
    4 to 5 tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 sweet red pepper, cut into rings
    1 sweet yellow pepper, cut into rings
    1 small onion
    1 8 oz. pkg. sliced mushrooms
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 cup bottled pizza sauce
    1 8 oz. pkg. shredded pizza blend cheese

    From focaccia mix, combine flour packet, seasoning packet, yeast packet and cheese packet in bowl. Add warm water, 1 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp. flour; stir to blend. Sprinkle remaining flour on work surface. Turn dough out onto surface; knead lightly. Spread, stretch onto greased, perforated 12 inch round pizza pan. Press dough to edges, forming small rim. Cover ith clean towel. Let rise 20 minutes. Place oven rack in lowest position. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heat remaining 2 tbsp. oil in large skillet. Add pepper and onion. Saute' 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook 3 minutes, until mushrooms release liquid. Remove from heat. Spread crust with pizza sauce, leaving 1/2 inch border. Top with veggies, cheese and remaining salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, until browned around edges and cheese is melted. Let cool for 5 minutes.
