List of Ingredients
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shreded Swiss cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can french fried onionsRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set aside 1/4 cup of cheese and 1/4 cup of the onions. Combine thawed vegetables, soup, cheese, sour cream and onions. Pour into casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions and bake until cheese has melted.
