List of Ingredients



• 2 cans of pineapple chunks
  
• 2 packages of smoked sausage
  
• 2 packages of monterey jack and colby cheese bars
  
• toothpicks or other special occasion sticks
  






Instructions



1. preheat oven to 450
   
2. cut the smoked sausage into bite size rounds
   
3. arrange the smoked sausage on cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes
   
4. drain pineapple chunks
   
5. cut cheese blocks into bite size cubes
   
6. after smoked sausage is done place smoked sausage on paper towles and pat off grease
   
7. place 1 smoke sausage bite size round on toothpick then add 1 cheese cube then add 1 pineapple chunk place on serving platter
   
8. continue with the smoked sauasge rounds,cheese cubes and pineapple chunks on toothpicks
   
9. then serve
