**Artichoke Dip**
Serve with assorted crackers, veggies, or pita triangles.
List of Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise, regular or light
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimentos, drained (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 350* for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
