    **Moist Banana Nut Bread**

    A wonderfully moist bread!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup butter or margerine
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 2 tsp. lemon juice
    • 2 cups mashed ripe bananas
    • 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 cup chopped nuts


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and lemon juice.
    2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    3. Add bananas.
    4. Sift together salt, flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
    5. Add alternately with sour cream to banana mixture.
    6. Fold in nuts.
    7. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    8. Bake at 350* for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester tests done.
