    **Hot Fruit Compote**

    This is a nice accompaniment for brunch!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (28 oz.) Cling Peach Halves
    • 1 (28 oz.) can Pears
    • 1 medium can chunk Pineapple
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 cup corn syrup
    • 1 cup orange juice


    Instructions


    1. Drain all fruits. Place in casserole dish.
    2. Heat the sugar, cornstarch, salt, corn syrup, and orange juice to a boil.
    3. Pour liquid over fruit.
    4. Bake uncovered@350* for 30-35 minutes.
    5. Serve immediately!
