    **White Creme De Cacao Ricotta Pie**

    • 2 lb. Ricotta Cheese (@ room temperature)
    • 8 eggs
    • 1-1/2 cups sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
    • 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    • 4 oz. White Creme DeCacoa Liquore
    • 1 cup chopped walnuts
    • Sweet Pie Shell:
    • 2 cups flour
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 4 Tbsp. sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/2 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. For Pie Shell:

    2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.

    3. DO NOT KNEAD! Roll out on floured board and place in 11-inch pie plate.

    4. Filling:

    5. In large bowl, add all ingredients except walnuts. Mix well until blended smooth and creamy.

    6. Pour into pie shell.

    7. Sprinkle walnuts on top.

    8. Bake@400* for 10 minutes, then 300* for 90 minutes.

    9. Test for doneness by inserting clean knife. Knife should come out clean.
