    Apple Pudding

    What could taste better on a cold winter's night??


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1/2 tsp. ground clove
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 4 apples, cubed
    • 2 eggs
    • 4 Tbsp. melted butter


    Instructions


    1. Sift together dry ingredients.
    2. Add apples, eggs, butter and mix.
    3. Pour into cassorole and bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
    4. Serve warm with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
