A yummy and pretty finger dessert!





List of Ingredients



• 8 to 12 large strawberries
  
• 3 oz. package cream cheese, softened (I like the whipped type)
  
• 1 Tbsp. sour cream
  
• 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  






Instructions



1. Remove stems from berries to form a flat base. Place berry on a cutting surface, pointed end up. With a sharp knife, carefully slice each berry in 1/2 vertically to within 1/4-inch of base. Cut each half into 3 wedges to form 6 petals. (Do not slice through the base)! Pull petals slightly apart. Be gentle in doing this!
   
2. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and sour cream until light and fluffy.
   
3. With a pastry bag and star tip or a small spoon, fill berries with cream cheese mixture.
   
4. Arrange on decorative dish and serve chilled.
