List of Ingredients 1 Ham (any size or brand) 1 (14 oz.) can Cling Peaches, undrained 2/3 cup Bourbon 2 cups brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard whole cloves Instructions The night before: Mix bourbon and peaches together and allow to marinate overnight. In the morning: Using 1/2 of the marinade, add to this the brown sugar, dry mustard, and cloves; Mix all; Baste ham as it cooks according to weight. Arrange peaches around ham the last 1/2 hour of baking to brown.
