    **Tipsy Ham with Peaches**

    The secret is in the basting!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Ham (any size or brand)
    • 1 (14 oz.) can Cling Peaches, undrained
    • 2/3 cup Bourbon
    • 2 cups brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. dry mustard
    • whole cloves


    Instructions


    1. The night before: Mix bourbon and peaches together and allow to marinate overnight.
    2. In the morning: Using 1/2 of the marinade, add to this the brown sugar, dry mustard, and cloves; Mix all;
    3. Baste ham as it cooks according to weight.
    4. Arrange peaches around ham the last 1/2 hour of baking to brown.
