I love veal and this is a simple, quick recipe!
List of Ingredients
- 4 veal scallops, pounded thin (about 1/8-inch thick)
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margerine
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- Salt and pepper veal and dredge in flour. Melt butter or margerine in skillet and brown garlic and mushrooms.
- Add veal, cooking over medium heat until brown. Remove veal to shallow baking dish.
- Add Marsala wine and bring to boil. Simmer approximately 2 minutes to blend flavors.
- Pour wine-mushroom sauce over veal. Cover pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
